CREMANT BLANC DE BLANCS
From a selection of cuvées from our partner producer of Crémants, this Crémant Blanc de Blancs will enhance your meals.

Only the 2 white Burgundy grape varieties, Chardonnay (80%) and Aligoté (20%) are used in the blend of this cuvée. The grapes come from the Côte Chalonnaise and the Côte de Beaune.

This Crémant Blanc de Blancs is produced according to the traditional method:
- pneumatic presses with a capacity of 50 hl with pressure increase in progressive stages
- fined musts, and settled after 24 hours
- vinification in temperature-controlled vats at 20°C
- foaming in the bottle (traditional method) and aging in an air-conditioned cellar at 15°C.
Bottle aging is 16 months before disgorging.
This Crémant de Bourgogne with a brilliant gold color reveals a fine bead of delicate bubbles.
The nose is subtle with lemony and floral notes.
The palate finds its balance between liveliness with a citrus dominance, and finesse of pear aromas. Nice length, very slightly honeyed and toasted.
Purity of the mineral freshness of a Crémant Blanc de Blancs, with an elegant and persistent finish.
