the vineyard
Today, we own nearly 8 hectares across the côte and the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits.
Among our parcels, Les Dames Huguettes, in the commune of Nuits-Saint-Georges stands out as remarkable, contiguous plot. Facing due east, between 350 and 420 metres in altitude, this site benefits from a cool climate and limestone soils that provide a perfect balance between ripeness and tension. It is a bright, well-ventilated terroir, cultivated with care and the utmost respect for living ecosystems. It is particularly well-suiteed to the production of our Hautes-Côtes de Nuits reds and whites, as well as our Crémant de Bourgogne.

Herbicide-free soil cultivation, preservation of local biodiversity, hand harvesting, and conversion to organic farming.
These plots produce cuvées that reflect who we are. From budburst to harvest, every aspect of our work seeks to reveal the terroir. Vinification extends this same commitment, in line with the values that have guided our maison since its creation: precision, respect for the fruit, and minimal intervention.
An artisanal approach that we have honed through our work as négociants.
